BD&S Mission Statement

The mission of BD&S Services, Inc. is to provide quality service through the use of top-notch quality employees at reasonable prices. We will continuously strive to expand and diversify our services and our knowledge to exceed our customers expectations today and in the future.

History of the Company

BD&S Services, Inc. started on February 1, 1984 under the name B.D.&S. Floor Contractors. At first, we only did floor stripping, waxing, and buffing. Two partners, Al Brewton and Mike Wiggins, started the company while in Jr. College. After seven months, Mike left to go to school, and Al bought Mike's half of the business. BD&S Services, Inc. was started on the principle that if we do a professional job for our customers and work hard on our relationship with the customer, we will have a much better chance of keeping that customer and our jobs! We do the best quality job we can in the least amount of time possible without sacrificing quality. We now have diversified into many aspects of the cleaning industry.

We started with two employees and now have over 60 employees. This company has a lot of potential for growth, and we would like you to be a part of it.

Janitorial Services

BD&S Services, Inc. can fulfill a variety of janitorial needs from 7 day a week service for your company to once per month. Services can include restroom sanitizing, dusting, trash removal, vacuuming, and mopping of your office area. We will also customize janitorial packages to meet your company's every day needs.

Maid Services

BD & S Services, Inc. offers residential maid service. Whether you need your home serviced once a week or once a month we will customize a schedule that works for you. Residential maid service can include dusting, vacuuming, and mopping of hard surfaces. We also offer customized cleaning plans.

Window Washing

BD & S Services, Inc. offers complete cleaning detail of windows inside and outside of your home or business.  This includes second level windows, storm windows and screen cleaning.

After Construction Cleanup

BD & S Services, Inc. is prepared to take away your worry with messy after construction cleanup.  We offer everything from janitorial service to window cleaning for after construction cleanup.

Call us regarding the new Hydro-Force Tile and Grout Cleaning System Turbo Cleaner. The Turbo weighs only 15 pounds, but it is very strong and durable. The Turbo is able to reach areas that other machines are unable to reach due to the fact that the handle lays down.

Why Would you use the turbo? Often tile and grout is soiled by loose dirt being spilled or tracked onto the floor. Eventually, the soil becomes compacted into the surface. Dry soils and water based soils or oil based soils can combine to cause extremely bad stains, which in return are difficult to clean. The soils that are ground in are often absorbed by porous grout or trapped within the sandy texture of the grout which makes it hard to remove with regular mop cleaning.

Wood Floor Sand and Refinish – BD& S Services, Inc. offers a complete sand and refinish options such as stain, new shoemold, and janitorial service to remove dust. We especially love to repair antique heart pine and antique red oak floors.

Insurance Claims

BD&S Services, Inc. does accept insurance claims for any fire and smoke damage, termite damage and emergency water extraction.

Fire and Water Damage Structural Repairs

After we dry your building to its proper moisture and/or clean smoke damage, we can make needed carpentry, drywall, subfloor, or flooring repairs to put your home or business in like new condition.
